The knowledge and Skills we learn upon handling the latest technology used there are a positive outcome. The teammates will be supporting along and they maintain good inter departmental relationship.

Dislikes

The work culture in MRF Ankenpally is worst. The food served there, water stations, Toilets and Occupational Health Centre are the worst. The management deliberately gives the pressure on staff with unwanted jobs out of our job profile to Every department. The basic workers/operators are treated well due to party politics and their work is given for staff to carry out, where the latter doesn't have a Union/Community. Staffs are asked to do forced Overtime without any payment, where the management does manipulated signout denying proof of OT. They maintain shortage of manpower denying the opportunity of paid leaves and causing it finally to loss. The HR is not interested in conducting any activities for staff to maintain their work life balance. The staff os asked to perform with limited resources like Manpower, Spares, Tools and Materials. No feedback session or improvement plan is seemed from employees by the management. No professional culture is maintained by management on reports and analysis forms. The nominated 8 hour job is extended to 9 hours frequently by changing the bus timings, Also they conduct forcefull broadcast sessions by heads after the duty time.
