not a good place to work for lifetime career growth is very slow mrf Kottayam is better than any mrf plants for me your career in mrf otherwise u will regret in your career. career exposure is less for diploma and salary hike is also less if jump to another company. if there is not intrested in higher studies and comfortable at this package and negligible growth then u can choose mrf

work life is bad leaves getting is like getting a wish from God shift is also worse and horrible food also horrible of u stay here u will die or do suicide

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
