A person who cannot stood on his foot, He is taking good decisions for the company so that atleast company can stood in front of other brands. It is not a Good Company for all the people. They are giving priority only to Malayali people i.e. native of Kerala. In fact, they are importing people from Kerala by dong business in Chennai. Most of the people are from Kerala. Hence, if you are a Malayali, then it is a very good Company. If you are a Malayali and joining MRF,you do not need to attend the work in time, you can sleep during working hours, you can simply chat with your colleagues continuously without even doing any work, etc., but, however, you can get not only salary in time but also promotion and other benefits. But, if you are not a Malayali, then please ignore this Company because you will not get anything extra like promotion, etc. but would get a good lunch. People other than Malayali should be ready to work as a slave in MRF. Because, MRF means Malayali Republic Federation and not Madras Rubber Factory. You can learn only if you have own interest. It’s all new plants are fully automated and hi- tech machines are available.

Work-culture is very bad. No work life balance like you have to come in 1st shift and work till end of general shift ( maximum times). Nobody will be there to support you even if you are fresher. They don’t give you accommodation and the plant is very far from the city area so, you need to travel 1 hour distance every day. So, it’s is like daily 11-12 hours working.
