There is absolutely nothing to like here. The company is insular to modern work culture and absolutely have no clue on how modern day organizations work. There is no transparency to organization structure, no vision. Everyone works, everyone is under stress, everyone screams and shouts and the end result is nothing.

Dislikes

HR: HR is unethical. They tell you this is the best grade based on our experience. Once on board, you will realize people who are way junior to you are two grades above you. No KPI for you. Yes! It's hard to believe. Increments and promotions are given if you satisfy the egos of your boss abd superiors. Increments are low and not given in percentages of your CTC, but in rupees. Strange! Professionalism : Nil, Don't expect anyone to be professional. Everyone screams and shout and shover curses. People at top have not seen what the corporate world is outside and believe that existing chaos is the best system to follow. Neither they change nor they allow anyone to change....Read More
