No job Security, No proper work culture, All decision taken from HO you have to juat nod your head in Yes. If you say no or ask any question then you are not doing your work properly, You can't expect a reply of your mail . In 2021 their work style is as if you are in 1980's , for everything you need to write a letter. rest all is GOOD.😆😉

No body want to Work in the Organisation, In 21st Century they are living in 1980s, where everything they want on Paper, Nothing on Mails. The work which can be done on Mails in 5 minutes they take 20-25 Days to complete(If everything happens on time, other wise 6 months to complete the same work)

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
