Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike.

They hire employes but did not tranfer them to project and if did then due to cost cutting you got into the bench as client also take away the project from themselves and also they told they will not leave you but soon after that they told to find job opportunity external as well so my recomoddation for you to go for any compnay but not this one at any cost

No Job security. in my life i have never seen this type of company. there is no procedure policy and ethic. if someone don't like you, directly the sent mail to HR to send them off. Hire and Fire is the company policy. Suddenly HR will call you and inform you that next 10 days or 15 days is the last working day in the company when you are on bench.

They are wasting time by hiring new candidates daily and then laying them off one by one for no valid reason. They give silly excuses, such as not having projects in that domain. They are trying to pressure us into resigning by making us submit our papers.
