They hire employes but did not tranfer them to project and if did then due to cost cutting you got into the bench as client also take away the project from themselves and also they told they will not leave you but soon after that they told to find job opportunity external as well so my recomoddation for you to go for any compnay but not this one at any cost

No Job security. in my life i have never seen this type of company. there is no procedure policy and ethic. if someone don't like you, directly the sent mail to HR to send them off.
