Mpokket is good company my job is ok but my Assistant Manager mr Pravakar is too much.just show off that he is only working in whole company.ever time he just shouting on people to show that how serious he is. Unlimited strech no fix working hours if there is no data you have to strech fir your target if you want to achieve 109% by the end of the month. Can't even count the dislikes! The treat employees like servants.. the manager, the TLs, the HRs are so toxic and the work environment is so so so toxic, so much politics they do in the floor! Worst company to work.

Streching. No flexible timings, No extra break, A boss lady(floor manager) will shout on the floor continuously. Seriously bohot irritating lagta hai. Please don't join mpokket if you want to get better career.

There was bad experience of work at that company. Everyday have to do extra time, without any extra bonus, even achive ur daily target even though did not allow to go home, very bad.

i really enjoyed for at mpokket, TL are very help full.The office remain clean, got to learn a lot of new form thing from here.

there is a bad habit in mpokket and i feel that a lot of politics is done here... politics happens is every company but the most use less politics is played in mpokket. There someone is warned two three four times and no one get a singal chance....
