Able to travel and meet local and international business owners.

No Appraisals at all even through all KPI parameters are above average.. HR is not at all supportive and will never reply to an email related to this.. Employee signed Contact is not followed.. It's not corporate company it's actually a corrupt company just ran by owner and few of his so called high table esteemed team members who will never give logic and only support their community people.. Nothing as such! Mount Meru Zambia is run by thugs! Its a strong word but true, you can verify the same by checking the news reports.

Dislikes

Pls be carful whenever you apply to this company in Zambia, Specially if you get a call from their HR Head Ms Anagha, who is toxic and changes her worlds just like a chameleon. All they will do is fool you after you enter the country and you are all by your own thereafter.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
