Chairman is committed to addressing issues and providing necessary resources for teachers, ensuring a comfortable environment. His approachability and problem-solving efforts are commendable.

Dislikes

The HR department's attitude has been consistently rude and unhelpful. Their lack of understanding towards our problems makes it difficult for teachers to seek assistance and resolution to various issues.Communication gap between staff and administration, particularly the Principal. Lack of coordination with the Head of Department (HOD). Excessive after-hours expectations for teachers. Delay in returning original documents retained during hiring. Improving these issues would enhance the school's work environment....Read More

Academics is really good for students.. But not a good place to work.

Dislikes

Management is whimsical,unprofessional behavior, harassing in giving original documents which are submitted by employee.Not giving experience, salary slip or relieving letter inspite of multiple follow-ups. Creating mental unrest for petty things.

Very hectic.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
