Mott MacDonald is the best company to work with. Staffs who left this company are now wanting to join us again. Best place to maintain a better work life balance. Ample of opportunities provided to up skill the employees. Efficient management.. Evrything about this company is perfect..

Only thing I don't like is my house is far away from the DLF Cyber city where Mott MacDonald office is located

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
