Since the arrival of the new VP, Sanjiv Verma, the workplace dynamics have drastically changed, leading to severe dissatisfaction among employees. Many of my former colleagues and I have observed that employees are being treated unfairly, with no consideration for work-life balance.The management seems to lack strict policies for employee well-being, and HR & Admin, specifically Sneha, have been unresponsive regarding final settlements. Even after 90 days of my exit, my FNF has not been cleared, and I have come across several other ex-employees facing similar issues.
