The work culture is pathetic. There is no work life balance. There is a bit of favouritism and biased decisions made in terms of promotions and increments. There is no job security. It's just that the company is good, however the people running them on different levels are bad.

Nothing Bad Company to work. They took 24hr of employees and in return of that work they gives lollipop of ESOPS Bonus Increment. Don’t join this company your life gone be hell. HODs are pathetic never take stand for there joiners. Senior management The people are good And here a lot of teachers also focus a lot on giving knowledge to the employees, this is a very good work here.

MP level officials do not support and guide properly and the incentive structure here is low and they always make us feel that there is no job security.

Company environment is very nice and well maintained.

Work life balance was not good also salary was not paid enough as per given work, had to work overtime + on weekend including Sunday's without incentives, in return you would get compensatory off but not on the day you required to have; and offer letter clearly stated that first Saturday and all Sunday will be holiday. Overall experience was Average.

After best performance by employees and team and topper in whole cluster job security is problem no body take care about their jobs in Nagpur cluster . A team that is best performer in cluster in whole financial year have no job security and whole team pressured for resignation but nobody taking care and attention about it please check our performance and take dicision
