They don't give you complete info about the Process neither at the time of interview nor at the time of onboarding. Some deductions are not mentioned in the offer letter , they will tell you at the time of induction. Every manager say different things about the starting of process , lack of co-ordination & communication gap , within the Department. Proper 'Lala Company' , Indian MNC can't compete with the Foreign MNC for sure....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
