I like nothing about Motherson.

Dislikes

Well their work culture is so poor even a 3 tier company is far better than the Motherson as an employee of Motherson i learn nothing except shouting. All seniors just shout on their junior on every level. I suggest people not work with Motherson if you belongs to technical fields. There is not a single technical thing in Motherson.All the old employees will keeps telling you about only good things. Because they started their job from here and from their GET and today they are on Manager level due to their loyalty to Motherson. Better to avoid Motherson....Read More
