*Happily worked but sometimes feels stress. *Good work force, in rare cases I didn't get support. *I thought to gain more experience but I lack. some skills while working. *Most of them are very supportive but experienced some gossip from a few of them. *Feel more positive about working here with few drawbacks personally experienced, but to gather career growth switching to other work places.

Nothing is good in Motherson, wrost culture and working conditions in the company. No work life balance, no learning , unnecessary late sitting, late sitting is culture motherson people says late sitting means progress. Don't spoil your life and career in Motherson.
