Very poor working culture. No value given to employees for their work only buttering people will grow in this organisation. Seniors sit in company till 09:00 Pm without any work and pressurized. Canteen food is worst and transportation is also very bad the buses conditions very poor. Overall company working culture is not MNC type it's pure lala Indian company. The people who don't have enough knowledge and qualifications are staying in this company only from long time. For good qualifications and knowledge person this is not a company to join...Read More

Small politics among own department of hierarchy. no support from your bosses in terms of building working skill level even if you prove that you are cabable and enough to handle the things well. Totally dissatisfied with doing non productive work , i felt cheated what should have been provided vs what I did.
