There is only job security and no management has been support while any one is COVID-19 positive or high risk of infection and worst work culture due to no department fixed and salute to company policies due to manager or leader only order but no support has been providing to us.

Dislikes

Compesation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an unique strengths which is why i have to take my suggestion back most of the times. I do receive appreciations verbally and on email fromour client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a ain sometimes and onthe name of salary they give us temperarary associate level salary....Read More
