In MSSL working culture is very good. Here is lot of learning process. Everything is standard here. We can not ignore any things even small problems also. Job security is very good here, they provide enough time for new commorse to learn and understand the process going there. Carrier growth good but we have to work hard. Overall we can say that MSSL is a good company to work.

Here is working time is not limit. Some time we have to work 10-12 hours daily

Here, working is more challenging because company is fully depends on operator presence. Here l have daily challenging work to maintain production as well as quality .Overall working here is new experience for learning about product,process and quality.
