Dislikes

Asks to work on weekends and spend more hours in office. If not meet expectation, will get bad personal comments, mounts lot of pressure and stress. No professional ethics seen here. Regional language is more used than using english. 8 lakhs for breaking the bond of 4 years, If we say we won't pay then will get threaten that no work experience will be provided.

Nothing. People are working because of bond break cost. Knowledge gain purely depends on ur project. If u get good project, knowledge will be good else nothing good.

Dislikes

Everything about work culture, management, stress. Working for client is fine, they are paying for 8hrs so will do 8hrs work but in organization people want to resolve ASAP bug rised n action should be immediate. favouritism is present. Poor managing skills.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
