Head office staff (HR, MD, Account section)and there management and behaviour is good. Good Working culture.

Operational manager (Rupesh) just don't have trainers respect and always yells like ........ Everytime forces trainer to resign there job. All the responsibilities are laid over trainer.(Mobilization, counselling, home visit, target achievement, student absentism with there personal issues are also laid over trainer) No increment in salary. TOT policy 50% of total expenses have to be paid by trainer. All high authority in head office respects trainer but manager, op managers and centre head don't treat well....Read More
