Its a best work place for experience person as well as for freshers. Management is too corporative and friendly with their employees.

Dislikes

Payments can be delay due to Busy schedule but they are paying a single penny of each and every employee . you have to stretch your working hours .

Nothing to like very bad culture They use new employee for one as in there offer letter they mention about to work for 45 days for salary but they insist there employee to leave within 30 days so they have to not to pay to employee They force you to visit outside on your expenses. Overall very bad company to work for Timing is 9.30 to 7.00pm but they for you to be till 9.00pm to 10.00 pm and you may have to go owner house for there home related work. And if you are late then they will deduct your salary. Only want the employee to give everything mean time, your money and work but in response don't ask anything from them...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
