The company provides great sense of job security, the pay and bonuses are also well to do. The increments are also good if you are exceptionally well you are bound to get a higher increment. In general there isn't anything to dislike about the company, the task at one point of time becomes very monotonous and you don't seem to find any growth in what you are doing. During peak season the workload does increase but it is manageable, considering your colleagues are supportive as team.
