I am engaged with this MLM based company as a Store Logistics In Kolkata location. They don't have any proper plan. Poor management. Staffs are not experienced. No appraisal. They earn money through sale their product in west bengal region through offer. HR has no rules and regulations. Back office and normal executive promoted in HR desk. No job security. Anytime you can loose your job. No proper system. I lost my 4 years in this company. I highly recommend don't join this company. If you raise your voice the owner will give threat for legal cases. But I am fighting with them....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
