Almost nothing, as there are only rules and regulations to accompany you. The top management would pressurize you with all the false dreams to get their work done.

Dislikes

You have no hierarchy, you got No HR, you won't see anybody other than your manager who visits office for few days every month. There are targets which maybe you could achieve but they won't let you achieve with the rules and regulations. You will be fooled into getting to work when you are interviewed like I was, but inside story is totally different. There are camera's everywhere as if you are in Bigg Boss House. You can't even talk much with anyone on a lunch break,which is only for half an hour, wherein you have to stand and eat. Its like a prison in there and the worst thing, if you leave the organisation, you won't be given your papers....Read More

Work Details

Work is ofcourse hectic. You would be told that you are gonna work in a Visa Immigration company, but you will be made to do particular amount of call timing, orelse they will deduct your half day salary,so its kinda call center to fool you.

The company is open to really a wonderful growing capabilities for people looking out for entering the immigration industry and it helps you strengthen your skills in the best possible way.

Work can be hectic but it is majorly on the communication with clients.. It is also interesting as you deal with walkin clients as well and interact with different clients at different levels

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
