The only thing that i like about this company is it's wide range of lines running making it a great platform to learn.

Dislikes

What i dislike about this plant is it's work culture and bonus policy . Along with that there is no job security

The main bad thing is here is that, this company run on union basis culture. That impact too much employee's work life balance .

Very good company. 16 hrs daily shift, without any weekly holiday. No carrier growth. No increment. Uneducated management or manager.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
