Owners of the organisation are really great personalities, they are of growth mindset and will never ever stop you to grow in your life and understand each and every member of their organisation

Salary growth is not there and apart from that recognistion to your efforts and work is not there.. Few HR's of the organisation is not good at all they dont understand your problem and even dnt have time to listen. All they can do is make new new policies.
