Getting to work closely with managers, directors and founder. Lot to learn from these people. Company culture is very good. They treat you really well

Dislikes

6 days work. There is no job security. Company is unstable in terms of finances so you can expect layoffs, paycuts upto 50% anytime.

Your ideas are not accepted, higher management pressurized to deliver before time, market is not aware about monjin & they are not working on branding or awareness. Career growth is on toss, Company is running on loss so job security is big question,

My work was not in line of my experience, coming from recruitment background i was asked to do finance & admin work. they have tremendous attrition ration. lead joined before me left organisation in 30-60 days time.
