I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The staff at money2me is united and supportive except the management and their family members working as an employee.

Everything. The two directors are married to each other they abuse each other verbally and physically in front of whole office staff. They abuse everyone in the office. They don't value people. They don't respect people or their work. It's very negative environment to work. No salary increment based on performance increment is based on favoritism.
