If you are a fresher or starting point of your career, company will provide you best opportunity to learn and grow. But on the side of culture, salary and other benefits you have to compromise with respect to other company.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed with a loop of 2-3 months and can't confirm the job security.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
