A list is long ahead, to describe the loop hole or drawback about company. 1.No work ethics and culture. Lots of un necessary team wise politics and mental harrasment is there. 2.No increment, as appraisal will be highlighted or moved in yearly performance bonus.(in short haat me katora) 3. No new learning or paid tools will be provided. Work with the free one. 4.Everyone Manager sounds like working on local baniya shop---"dhandha lao." 5.Only planning....planning not execution. 6.In short they want to be ambani in one night that could only be in only fantasy. 7.
