When Molex has presented appraisal that method I did not like. Because employee are appointed related for his work, but while providing appraisal they have not calculated 100% and looking outof other activitieswith his work and promote to employee. And Molex also not verify with correct person before promote to employee.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
