East zone became a complete circus. Women complaining about getting harassed and head office didn't do anything. The HO wants to decentralize everything and avoid responsibility so the zonal managers can do whatever they want. Expenses will be held for months. There is no particular timing for field people. You're working 24/7. No sense of work life balance. People in HO do nothing but keep putting pressure on field people. You're ZSM will abuse you ,make derogatory remarks, yell at the top of his lungs , if you're a woman then add inappropriate behavior to the list. Extremely slow, HO is irresponsible, people in HR, dispatch have no clue about what they are doing, The zonal management are given power without any monitoring. Never recommended for freshers. As the organization only values experience and not hard work or dedication. Your expenses will be stuck for long.
