HR team give commitment at the time of joining but they don't fulfill it after you joined the company, having written communication also. The company is small scale and growing which is open to inovation . I love the company that I am a part of a team that makes reliable,high quality products and global client base . The work environment is very supportive and which leads to get the better results to grow the company. I also like the employee relations hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day . managers do not value an individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

My work slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire project. As we all aware that project execution is a team work. Due to which the desired results as per schedule are not coming out and which affects the performance and appraisal .
