Department heads utilize for Six months and they make feel you that you are nothing to them. HR take employee from good company and after six months they fire by saying performance is not good. It's General practice to HR and directories. Receptionist is not good in that company , she is Informer to management so don't trust her. There is no system for work.HOD's and some people have created dominance to work as them only. HR team give commitment at the time of joining but they don't fulfill it after you joined the company, having written communication also.
