The working atmosphere is horrible, Due to one red hair nonsense dean. He doesn’t know how to teach and the only thing he knows is how to flatter the chairman. The worst part is chairman also likes his flattering and he agrees to his every illogical decision.

Apologies. Nothing good about it . Wrong vision from the beginning. Management past their much retirement age are chewing away the funds and Mr Mody is totally unaware . No outreach , no awareny. Typically baniya shop.

This University is growing hub of women education in North India.I feel blessed to get an opportunity to work in this campus for more than 5 years. I got responsibilities at different levels during my tenure here. It give employee a confidence and belongingness with institute if he/she get to work in his/her own way for institution instead of forcing to do things. Good working environment but growth is slow. Faculty should be evaluate by their work not by much heir closeness to senior members.
