Pratik Modi sir has great knowledge, But he is only money-minded - He has a bad habit of not clearing the salary of employees who left his company.

Dislikes

There is a politics in Hapur Branch, Gaurav is a manager of the Hapur Branch, He doesn't do work at all and also doesn't whoever tries to do his/her work properly which can also affect him, He tries to remove him from the company. The company doesn't focus on Career growth at all. The working environment of the Hapur Branch is bad overall in terms of - teammates, learning, work environment, and Innovation....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
