Likes

The teammates in the company were wonderful and helpful. Only thing to like.

Dislikes

Compensation was very low according to the work load. Work pressure was terrible. Manager's do not value any individual. Work-life balance was nil. No Work environment, no carrer growth and the most important no Job security.

Work Details

My job profile designed by the company was looked very good in paper. I started good there, it was a good profile with challenges but there was no appreciation. The deadlines were hectic, it was hand to mouth deadlines created by managers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
