While opening new discipline management provides good funding for laboratory development only.

Dislikes

They don't take teaching personnel at higher levels. They want to induct a fwew teachers at lower levels, and their job security is very poor.Management does not recognize the good work done by a professor.Even there is no bord with the name of the professors and HOD.All credits are usurped byb the highest management. Even while chucking out a teaching personnel they don't care about the future of the studenrs. HOD's are simply ignored. As per my assessment this institute will not be able to stand the test of time.Too much weightage is given to the officiala at the non teaching level like finance officer etc. No positive view is taken from experienced teachers forb the uplift of the institute. They don't select proper people at the Dean's Level and V.C. Many posts luike Pro vc, Deputy Registrar etc remain vacant for a long time....Read More
