Dislikes

Peoples in senior positions, they wont let the company culture and system grow and improve in fair and positive manner. Higher management has been divided into 3 groups and every one gives priority to those who reports them directly and secretly. No Team work / Lack of understanding / Miss use of authorities.

Likes

Chairman, HR Department and MEP Director were very professional. MEP Engineering team was undoubtedly good who worked with me during my tenure.

Dislikes

Majority of Civil Engineering team were unprofessional, Civil Projects Managers and Directors had little knowledge about the works. Misused the resources and wasted lots of company's assets during construction the lead to the financial crisis.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
