Very ease job. Very flexible and management is very helpful even for your personal problems. Very less workload. You will feel very safe and secure job.

Dislikes

Company is working at loss, therefore always a fear that company may bind up any day. You can never expect an increament.

we are open for innovation and always trying to focus on whats new .. While producing quality fabric with existing set up ,challeanges are more , but with team work and healthy discussion with Owner , Superiors , Peers and subordinates we can able to achieve required qualty in fabric and able to produce final product as desired.I also like employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. No issue about work pressure but delay in decision making ,certainly affect on overall performance and as an individual too.. I do receive appreciation emails from my Superiors and from clients too , but they mostly unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is challenging as I have to look after entire Production and quality , along with Long term Planning . From Yarn sourcing to Inspection and Packing have to manage day to day yield operation.
