Mobius is more like a Govt Job, since there is not much value added project or new projects, we can sit relax and literally no work. This is an excellent place to start your career, to understand what is data, how is it stored, what kind of data is consumed by various industries and such basic and the important perk is that you get salary on time. Thanks to the CFO.

As i mentioned, Mobius is like a govt job, the top management has got no roadmap or understanding about how industry is growing with Data, Analytics, AI/ML. The top level management never changed for a long time and they always have the old school ideas. Even if someone wishes to perform, there will be no support and some members ofthe top management is very cunning and absolutely useless. As a fresher, I've been given enough time to learn many different things and then was allotted a project which fits my strength.

Monetary aspects are very discouraging, especially when you are fresher. The hikes are fixed evenly for everyone but it is very low. Choose this company if you want to develop your knowledge without expecting good monetary benefits.
