Mobius is the right choice for the freshers, they can easily learn the work. working environment is very boring after they will work on more than two year because they can't able to learn new thing in Mobius job. I am not recommend for the experience people.

Dislikes

Unwanted hierarchical structure, Team - unclear job roles for the team member, Roles and responsibility not clear for the each designation.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Mobius is more like a Govt Job, since there is not much value added project or new projects, we can sit relax and literally no work. This is an excellent place to start your career, to understand what is data, how is it stored, what kind of data is consumed by various industries and such basic and the important perk is that you get salary on time. Thanks to the CFO.

Dislikes

As i mentioned, Mobius is like a govt job, the top management has got no roadmap or understanding about how industry is growing with Data, Analytics, AI/ML. The top level management never changed for a long time and they always have the old school ideas. Even if someone wishes to perform, there will be no support and some members ofthe top management is very cunning and absolutely useless. With AI coming, soon their business will go down the wire....Read More

Overall work culture is fantastic. All the divisions heads and CEO’s are super friendly. They believe and trust you in first place which encourages us do our best in the given situation. Open to grab any new opportunity and no restrictions. Space between personal and professional space is well balanced. Mobius is one of my best companions I ever worked with.

Dislikes

There is no finding about out hidden talents and encounters to focus on to grow on it. Again it’s not a dislike, it’s a gap I found can be a value adding for better experience.

As a fresher, I've been given enough time to learn many different things and then was allotted a project which fits my strength.

Dislikes

Monetary aspects are very discouraging, especially when you are fresher. The hikes are fixed evenly for everyone but it is very low. Choose this company if you want to develop your knowledge without expecting good monetary benefits.
