Nothing big to say good about this company.

Dislikes

Company don't follow any rules which they mentioned in their papers. No salary on time. They will hold the salary if any of your team meats didn't complete small task also. Whole department has to wait for the salary release. Even HR won't send any mail regarding this. If you ask means they will say, we have released your salary andit's on the way to your account but even after a month also you don't get your salary. Again HR will say will check it and get back. But never come back or even won't attend your call. No work ethics. Me and my friends had a bad experience in this company. Many of my friends left the company without informing also since they neither accept the resignation nor rejected. No salary if you put resignation. Even your managers don't involve in this. They all will keep quiet for salary hold since they have backup to run their life....Read More

Its a worst company I ever seen in my job career. They will treat employees badly. They don't respect employees thoughts. No work culture and no proper management. They will keep change their HR policies and employees must accept it. No appraisals for 2 years. If they put appraisal also just they will put 7%. In that 3% they will hold as performance variance. They will blame employees for the loss. If company gets profit means they don't even praise employees for that. Mainly they will hold employees salary if employees not completed their work. Very very very worst company. I request a job searcher, kindly don't join in this company. At the beginning HR will talk good. But they too will support for management later.
