I am a previous employee of Mtutor, my skills was destroyed in Mtutor because of there company politics, no appraisal for any employee, life balance is ok, 6days of week.

Dislikes

Work style and there behaviour to treat employees.

Its a worst company I ever seen in my job career. They will treat employees badly. They don't respect employees thoughts. No work culture and no proper management. They will keep change their HR policies and employees must accept it. No appraisals for 2 years. If they put appraisal also just they will put 7%lor: #fff5e4;">. In that 3% they will hold as performance variance</mark>. They will blame employees for the loss. If company gets profit means they don't even praise employees for that. Mainly they will hold employees salary if employees not completed their work. Very very very worst company. I request a job searcher, kindly don't join in this company. Work is quite simple putting up the voice overs in documents without language errors and helping graphical designer in the animation of concepts. Year by year so many transformations from the day I joined, still need to improve a lot on elearning side

No Job security and No appraisals, all promises to inspire nothing works out. Management puts pressure at last minute and fails in scheduling planning and deliverable s. I was a Sr,Voice Artist in the company and had been in good books of management, also had won laurels. The company took a drastic decision to outsource the project, based on some biased opinions & kiddish behavior of few employees which affected me a lot.
