--> The company doesn't have a moto, they just want a normal 9-6 service, and don't wanna grow. --> Very Poor Work Culture --> Expectations = Super High , Salary = Super Low --> Literally No performance pay (they'll scam your hard earned money) --> Company policies will change anytime, even if they have given them in writing --> Employees are not treated well --> Long working hours --> No proper office, just a small 3 BHK Flat --> The company has been running from 8 years, still it is a startup with only 20 employees --> None of the employees stay in the company for long. --> No project managers available, directors are themselves trying to handle everything, which makes it even more harder to work --> Not for freshers with good knowledge --> No Laptop provided from company, even if our laptop gets damaged, they wont pay any compensation --> You probably won't get your 45 days notice period salary --> No respect from directors even for HRs Developer's point of view : --> If any older project is working on some outdated tech stack, you must use the same tech stack for new projects.
