Nothing is good. If someone want to join for learning purpose than only he/ she should prefer because Nissim have good banking, mutual fund , insurance clients , if person is self motivated than he can learn many thing's while performing work.

Dislikes

Company didn't pay salary on time and appraisal policy is not good, even sometime,on unreasonable basis , they denied appraisal. On the job ,training is not given to new joiners and the time of re-signing form firm they sometime will not provide experience letter and relieving letter to employees and also not paid there hard earned money....Read More

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
