Pathetic work culture, they don't have any work ethics. Growth is almost negligible.join this company only when you have no option. Terrible work culture, extremely poor management .This company is full of bhai bhatijawaad. There is a " Bhaiya Culture" here. Even in mails they address their seniors as "Bhaiya"😂. Even if you happen to join this company then try looking for another options.The day you get any other option, leave it without delaying a sec . No learning culture. They upload grandeur pictures on their website. Don't get fooled by their website. No payment on time, no proper drinking water. Yaha ka plant head har machine pe 10% commission khaata h (during procurement).
