Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I worked in this company for nearly 2 and half years. Very Worst work culture heavy politics, no career growth. Higher management is very less care of Employees, even in Middle Management is very Poor quality people ,they don't know any subject but they can manageable .. No working systems ,workings policy, no Developing skills. If anyone need to take my opinion better another organization ..
