its very bad company to choose our career here, Zero management, no one listen you. and they force you to resign. if you don't then thay terminate you because this company use there employee only for there use. its a fraud company, so many complain were register against it.

There is no job security.They will treat you like a Princess and King for the upcoming 3 Months.Then there real face will be exposed. They wont give the salary as they promised.

They wont give you replies if you talk about your salary.There is so much politics in the office. They are not registered.They dont have PF and Mediclaim. They will force you to leave this job. Biggest Scam going on.

Nothing to like about this company as they can hold the salary at any time,there T.A ,D.A policy is next to impossible ie 7 hours school working if not done 5 hours of it they will make you absent.

1. They can hold your salary at any time. 2. 7 hours school working for claiming T.A, DA 3. If you are in sales you have no value and they treat you like a uneducated labour. 4. They can give you notice at any time. 5. The policy the make is just for exploiting sales person.

Nothing. Incapable management. They are gullible. Their most faithful employees often cheat them and earn a lot of money. Still they believe only them. But they dont trust their honest employees. Very low chance of growth for honest people. Contrary to this who cheats them earn well.

In this organization employee were hard working they actually focused on result oriented.

The management was inefficient to manage the work there is no ethics, shouldn't have basic understanding of thier own market, they don't have any motivation in themselves. Shouldn't follow there own terms.

By counting the expenses in wrong way how many hours and minutes no one knows how much time will be spent in school and also by taking wrong decisions in the company from out of trade people who are not aware of the book trade

Not a good compatible staff, people working in line are enough qualified. Started well but now losing faith in customers as many promises were made but not fulfilled. Higher authority are not cooperative. Ground team not always in loop.
